About This Role

Dynamic community health team invites applications from Nursing Associates. This role offers exposure to diverse clinical settings including GP practices, schools, and domiciliary care. Funded study towards RN registration is supported.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver person-centred nursing care
  • Administer medication safely and accurately
  • Complete wound dressings and basic procedures
  • Take vital signs and monitor patient condition
  • Work alongside registered nurses and GPs
  • Advocate for patient rights and dignity

Requirements

  • NMC-registered Nursing Associate
  • Strong foundation in anatomy and physiology
  • Good clinical decision-making skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work across different sites
  • Willingness to pursue further study
