About This Role

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
Observe and assess children's development progress
Maintain safe and stimulating learning environments
Build positive relationships with parents and carers
Participate in staff meetings and training sessions
Support children with additional needs sensitively

Requirements

Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or higher
Paediatric First Aid certification
Experience working with under 5s essential
Patience, creativity and enthusiasm
Safeguarding training completed
DBS check (we can assist with application)
